H Solutions is equipped with a diesel aftercooled 280cfm @ 115 psi, electric 67cfm @ 130 psi, electric 8cfm @ 120 psi portable compressors and associated electric refrigerated dryers. Blasting equipment consists of 6.5cf and 2cf blast pots fitted with separate pneumatic control over both grit and air. Small enclosed suction blast cabinet and small suction blast pot. Blast screen, dust and debris containment equipment also available.
Painting
Painting equipment ranging from 90:1 air operated airless sprayer, 30:1 air operated c/w air assist airless, electric operated airless to 3600psi, pressure pots, HVLP down to conventional spray guns and touch up guns. H Solutions also has available full encapsulation complete with full dust extraction / containment and operates a solvent recovery system to be more environmentally friendly.
